I don't know why I can't sleep longer than eight hours a night.... I fell asleep at 11:30 last night, and woke up at 7:30, and was WIDE awake.... and I still haven't had any coffee.... I am about to make some oolong tea though, just because it's yummy......
I guess it's a good thing I'm up though, I have a thousand and one things to do today....
my to do list:
-make groccery list
-clean out refrigerator
-do recycling
-groccery shop
-buy new purse @ Aldo
- research and find a good massage therapist
-mend and clean vintage slip that I salvaged from a thrift store
- clean closet?
-pull out embroidery stuff, and start new project
-call my mom
-start designing pattern for tulle dress
-and any thing else I manage to get done project wise.
the slip is really cool... It's actually not really a slip. It's a really old dressing gown from the mid fifties, that I rescued from a thrift store dumpster. It needs work, but it's not impossible. It also needs to be cleaned, but I did a test on the worst spots, and it looks like a little a little patience, and TLC will do the trick... that and some Tide.... It's really long and full... very glamorous... like something you'd see in old movies from the fifties... I'm thinking about making a robe to go over it as well.... It's not like I don't have a crapload of fabric.....
TEA TIME!!!!!
yum....
Oh! and I'm making pasta from scratch today! I love pasta! I hat using jar sauces, even the really expensive ones... I shudder at the though of eating prego or ragu...*icky*... I wouldn't feed that to my worst enemy...
well I have to get off the computer, and get my day going. As you can see, I have a bunch of stuff to do...
have a wonderbar day!
PS: hey, does anyone one know which designer Alexander Mcqueen is working for these days? last I knew, it was Dior, but I don't think he's worked for them for about a year at least now....
