long time without an update. real life has been keeping me busy, and just whenever I get online I haven't felt like staying on long enough to type one out. Things are going well. I've been keeping pretty busy at work. Not nearly as busy as we were last year at this time which is both good and bad. I'm a little worried about having...

Ha we had some people get fucked up a while back for blood striping.... they look down on it now. I think the problem was that they did it so much to this kid that when he was brought before the CO, he passed out and couldn't stand up.

Happy 4th of July everyone. So far I've spent mine floating down the Comal river and just relaxing. It's freakish! I'm actually tan. I'm usually avoiding the sun, but this summer I've been all out in it. Forgot how insanely freckled my shoulders get. It's been threatening to storm over central Texas all day, but it was pretty much nice and sunny the whole way...

I'd say a little bit of both. All warm and fuzzy yet giddy and electric.

So here I am back again from my adventures in the Dutch Antillies; those being these two little islands commonly known as Aruba and Curacao. It was a long three weeks. That whole "one weekend a month and two weeks a year" promise they spout to reservists...well...apparantly they can make it up to six weeks in the summer should they so choose. I guess I...

damn. I guess it's been so long since I've updated that I've fallen out of habit. I get here and look at my page and think "I'll get around to updating as soon as I check my bookmarks...and groups...and the boards...and...oh look a distraction!" and then I never do it. Well..today...today it seems that I've found my way to the update page..and I've wasted a...

I'm just stopping by to say hi and that I hope you're doing well. I think it's really amazing that you and your girl go visit animals that don't have visitors! Me and macbastard do that all the time. Sometimes it's really sad and I always wanna take them all home...
now that my desktop is fixed...again, I am back on the interweb with some more frequency than I once was. actually I've been back for a while now as I had gotten fed up with my lack of connectivity...alone in my apartment...? and went a sprang for the wireless setup so that my laptop could reach out and touch the billions upon billions of naughty...

Not much going on. Got my motorcycle back earlier this week with all the work done on it. It's like an entirely new machine! I have to practice a lot more restraint with it now than I did before. Looking forward to taking some longer rides on it.

my plans for the weekend got shot to hell and gone when it turned out that my motorcycle required more than just the routine work I turned it in for. I rode it 800 miles roundtrip to Louisiana and back last weekend for drill and the chain finally got so fucked that it was jumping off the sprockets and wearing on the chain guard...

Glad you had a good birthday. Sometimes the nice relaxing ones are the best, by far.
