Gotten a couple days off the usual guard schedule to do some super sexy secret agent squirrel type training. Fun stuff. It's keeping my spirits up here in the middle of the ocean while events back home develop in a way as to make me heartsick. Blagh and Phooey and an emphatic Harrrrrumph! on all of that. Maybe that will even solve it. Someone took a pic of me laying in a defence hole. There is actually one of me and my machine gun ( ah the story of a boy and his machine gun ) but to fit it all on the little window would be a bit much...maybe try later. Been writing tons of letters ink and paper style. it just helps me unravel my brain at a more relaxing pace than blazing out emails. Whatever helps. My brain is woumd a bit tight these days.

ok...next day and finished the swim stuff. I am not sure I have ever been this sunburned in my life! fun stuff though. Gotta get ready to get back to work tonight for the next few days.
