One last update real quick before I head off base this afternoon.
got a little drunk and watched Big Trouble in Little China with a buddy of mine last night. probably should have been studying for this final test, but since it isn't actually for a "grade" and I've done well enough in the class up to this point to give myself a certain amount of amnesty...I said "what the hell" and took a night off.

12 hours or so from now I'll be getting on a bus and heading west.
