Its def more mental than physical..its all mind over matter ! Im not really missing the caffiene too much, but the thought of a smoke is still rather enticing !
Yeah i know, finding time to work out can be a mission..but even if its only a 20 minute walk, its better than nothing you know !
The anxiety is still pretty good, i see my psychiatrist today so hopefully will get some help there, probably not though because hes a useless fuck!!!!!
That swine flu shit is making me nervous, theres been three confirmed cases over here so far
and apparently someone living in a town near by is MIA and has just got back from Mexico..apparently the hospital told her not to worry about it, fucking idiots, and now they cant find her !!!!!!!

For now I've decided to dye over the purple ends with black, because I think the purple ends look stupid as fuck lmao.

The photog I just met with said she uses color on her hair that is meant to be used on dark hair and you don't have to use bleach so I'm going to give that a shot I think--
