Yeah, playing games at work is really bad for me. It makes me lazy and not wanting to do anything. But, if there's nothing to do....**shrug**

I'm actually doing situps at work because I'm so bored and sitting in a chair for so long really kills me. Maybe it'll help my tummy too. 
Here's what you need to do, come to game night one month than after we finish fawning over you you'll feel much better about your body. And maybe you could set up aa photo shoot with Flux. We're nothing if not enablers.
