When I worked at Hot Topic my store manager went bat shit crazy too. I mean, she was always a little on edge, but she snapped at some point and started blaming me and other people for stuff we didn't do. Stuff that, in fact, she did. Like she blamed me for charging a customer twice for something on a day that I was in Germany. Eventually she made me cry a few times. That didn't make me quit though, what made me quit was when she told me that I should have an abortion when I told her I was pregnant.

we were always a big happy family at hot topic too...that is until my manager went nuts. She ganged up on everyone!! That seems to happen a lot in that company for some reason. But like you, it was the most positive retail experience I have ever had.

My laptop is currently non-operational. Some how the plasma in my monitor shattered, it just got picked up by DHL today, so hopefully it gets fixed soon.
