For Halloween I want to be one of the Nurses from Silent Hill, but I cannot find the hat anywhere and I figured since I'm altering the dress I can make the hat. Well, I cannot find a pattern for a nurse's cap anywhere and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas....

That's a good link - I made a hat out of paper one year, but I doubt I could it again. It held up pretty well, though. Just folded it, scotch taped it and pinned it in my hair. Nobody noticed that it was a plain sheet of printer paper. (It might've been the boobies that distracted them, though)
