I am in a pattern of self hatred. I am not sure how to stop it. I am so tired of beating myself up over everything. I just don't know how to stop doing so. It's really starting to wear me down.

Day FIVE of fractured/broken foot. It's horrible. I am starting to become cranky and depressed. The office of the orthopedic surgeon never called me yesterday.
