This has been a really good weekend for me. Friday, I finally put together my bed that I bought from Ikea on May 8. It was frustrating but I finished it and was proud.

Saturday I volunteered my makeup artistry skills for Glenwood ROCKS! Dance fever in adult programs. Glenwood is an Autism and Behavioral Health Center in Birmingham, Alabama. I made up the faces of four houses of women for the event. It made me happier than I have been in a long time. After the party was over, I went to a local gay bar for happy hour and then home.
Today I noticed that I take way too many medications! Ha!
