The weather was horrible yesterday. It was the heaviest storm that I had ever seen. Most of the island was flooded and concrete/brick walls crumbled. I watched mudslides and flooding from my window. I couldn't start training this morning. I woke up and started throwing up. I hope that it's only nerves. Either way my training official starts on Wednesday even if I puke. I am currently making Potato Leek soup. Puking makes me hungry.

Seventeen days of having a fractured foot. I am so bored. All I do is rest, ice my foot and then wrap it. It is still purple and swollen. The ice and elevation has helped some but it is still swollen and purple. It's hard to walk. I have to hobble to the bathroom and shower on one foot.
