So I got a workout bike and I really plan on using it. I did 10 miles to day. I am going to try and get up and do 15mins before work and a 45-60 after work. I am so sick of being at this weight and this out of shape. I want to not get winded walking up stairs. I want to be able to have sex for more than 15 minuets at a time without having to rest. I want to get back into my old fat pants and then into new thin pants. I want to feel good about myself for maybe the first time in I dont know how long. I want agree with my boyfriend when he calls me sexy. I think for the first time I really am ready to do this, get in shape, learn to eat right, and not be so damn lazy
