my dad lost his job yesterday. 
but we kinda knew that it was going to happen eventually. residential contracting of all kinds has really been suffering, especially around here. on the bright side, he needed some time off...they were working him to the bone the last few months, and he was happy to comply, as long as they kept him working.
i know lots of people are going through similar things...especially around here. detroit is fucking cursed, i swear!
