So, Ive been having some pretty bad chest pain (right breast) for a few months now and it was starting to get really bad. Last Friday I went to the doctors and got a Mamogram and Ultrasound done on my chest. I just got my results back today and everything came out clean!! Yay! No cysts or lumps or cancer or anything. Woohoo! I was so worried since all that stuff runs in my family. And it seems like since Ive been cutting back A LOT on my Caffine intake and taking Motrin on a regular basis Ive been feeling a lot better, so Im gonna keep up with it and if in a week Im still feeling good Im going to take the real test and venture back to the gym.

I cant wait! I havent been to the gym in about 2 months cause it was just too painful afterwards. I would feel like my chest was gonna explode. Its crazy that at 23 I was having all these problems.... and still kind of am. But Im getting better gradually and if the pain comes back I'll have to have some more tests ran to see what the problem is. But at least my main concerns are gone.

Anyway, I gotta go. My mom is coming to visit me for the weekend and should be here soon. I have to do some shopping with her today for my niece's b-day party tomorrow. Just thought I would let everyone in on the good news!
