Hey guys I hope you are all coping well and staying safe in such uncertain times. I know a lot of people like me are going through this on their own. Anxiety is high and the tension in the air feels harsh yet eerily stuck in a stagnant tone. I’m trying to find joy in the little things. Yesterday I did some gardening. Today I have planned to do something creative. We can get through this. As long as we are patient, kind and show a little bit of consideration and compassion for one another..
