why do people spend so much money on weddings? It's one freaking day that can cost 15 THOUSAND dollars.... i have never made that much in a year.... well i'll make over twice that this year...but seriously.... aren't they ridiculous?
I would so much rather spend money as a down payment on a h ouse, and a really nice honeymoon... It frusterates me when girls are more concerned with the wedding than they are with the marriage.
I don't think my friend who just got married felt that way, but i think many do.
But then again that white dress sure is pretty, I know if I ever get married, i'll keep the white dress around and put it on when i feel blue or i am pmsing... and it will make me feel like a princess

The wedding thing was funny : I've seen people spend upto a hundred grand on a wedding, only to see some other idiot spend more to top them. A house seems more sensible : Especially when it's beachfront property and the strip of beach in front of the porch is where you got married, barefoot.
