We are getting ready to go to Athens Georgia! woot woot! we have been practicing for hours today and performing and i'm tired, but i'm gonna try to write as much as my little fingers will allow me..
florida has been a blast, but Miami is the scariest fucking city in the world.. It is not america, they do not speak english there, it was exactly like the video game Grand Theft Auto. we ordered food when we got back to the hotel and this fucking menu says on it "we speak english" as if most places didn't cause they don't...
they were a 24 hour place and they fucked us over big time, rotten food, half of what we ordered, they tried to get more out of us when we tipped them already, but the food was literally rotten, slimy meat, no lettuce in the fucking salad...
Miami people are weird... the venue was cool talking to the people was fun...
Orlando show was awesome....met cool members there
Gainesville was fucking fun as hell...the people there are so much fun and so nice..the town is like fucking Eugene, OR with palm trees... the housing around the college looks so much like it it tripped me out
Jacksonville was a fucking blast, we got hosed down afterwards in the back. The people who work at Jack Rabbits are just super friendly.... the audience was SUPREME and so much fun to perform for
After the show is my favorite part of any night... getting to go out and talk to everyone, get hugs, and give autographs, hear everyon's fav part of the show, and all the things they loved... There is nothing better... i feel so privleged to be a part of such an amazingly fun thing and if it wasnt' for the bright excited faces in the front row, and the friendly greetings when it's all over.
it makes every second of it worth it.... the lack of privacy,living out of a suitcase, forgetting where you are, and what day it is.. missing friends and family, is all so worth it for that one or two hours after the show where you get to submerge yourself into new people, with new points of view, new found friends and new ideas..
i love signing peoples body parts with witty things like " I drive a big truck, cause my penis is tiny" Love, Violet.....
and "Stick it in my dirty ass..." hahaha ok, i have never signed that, but this is an inside joke that you all will enjoy hearing the story about one day when we are all sittin around the fire telling scary stories that are ridiculously hilarious.
oh yea and when y'all get a chance, the next upcoming edition of Art Prostitute has a very funny story about our show in Denton Texas, ...so check it out.
