I just ate a turkey cranberry creamcheese sandwhich and man was it delish! Now I'm sippin on some roooootbeer and watching the people walk buy. I really do notice i sell more phones when i show cleavage.
So I started my 90 day boot camp training work out program. It's soooo awesome, it's got yoga, low impact aerobics, and kick boxing. SO I do that for 35 minutes every other day with 100 crunches, and every other day I do circuit training.
I wanna think up some kind of reward to give myself if i can get through the 90 days
DO you guys have any ideas for a good reward for completing a workout goal? I mean yea the healthy more toned body will be great, but I need a prize to be after! I wish that there was some kind of trip to hawaii i could get if I completed it! That would be sweet!
