It's official....I am boat less!!
My dad was out last weekend and noticed the bilge pump kicking on every 10 mins or so, and I was out a few weeks before him and noticed it as well, except when I was out it was real rough and I was taking waves over the stern so I didn't think it was odd.
Turns out there's a 6 inch crack in the hole on the first chine. I found the leak when I had the boat put in the water at the marina and I opened one of the hatches that we knew had a very small leak in a valve to see that the entire hull was filled and the water was over flowing into the hatch and into the rear half of the hull. Thats just fucking awesome I thought, while I walked back into the marina store to buy a boo hoo beer to watch this bitch sink too.
Cliff notes: I have challenged God to a pinky wrestling match so he could bless my mechanical adventures on land and sea. I'm still waiting for it's acceptance.
