sorry to say, I killed my back last Thursday practicing for the 500lb deadlift for reps, and was therefore unable to compete this past Saturday...I merely stood on the sidelines with all the other average humans...I'm very upset about the whole fucking thing...but shit happens and there's always next year.

I DID, however, get some sweet pics of jellyfish at the aquarium...

Hey - how is the back now? Hope its better... hurt my neck/back last week doing some crazy nonsense in the gym... but I do love to try new exercises...

cool jelly pics! I live within walking distance of an aquarium, but I never get to go... but maybe I can convince the better half to take a run over after gym this weekend!
