so I totally nailed the Russian splitz last night...testies to tile...showin' off while dancing drunken crazy to some Gunther and totally sprained my freaking groin....now I'm walking around like my nuts are in a snap-trap...

remember kids...always warm-up and stretch...before being a drunken idiot.
