
So this week has passed surprisingly smoothly, without emotional swings, both positive and negative. I began to sleep better, and my skin stopped responding to my emotions.
It's like I'm accumulating strength, not demanding much from myself, working online regularly, walking, eating delicious food and catching summer.

This week, my mental state has been storming from wild joy to apathy. But I'm holding on. The skin reacts almost the same way as the nervous system with rashes and redness. I was prescribed magnesium, sports and healthy sleep. Let's see what happens!

This week I was at my first corporate party in 2 years, and I rested for 4 days. You have no idea how hard it is to get back into work and a normal life schedule after such a long weekend!
