i dreamed that i went on an SG retreat last night. 50 or 60 of us went to spooky's house in hawaii for the weekend. i brought my yoga mat to sleep on. donkey and spooky were there, which is odd since i don't know either of them, and a good time was had by all. miao!!

Gregory Maguire. "Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West." One of the more interesting books I've read in a while. Some of the essays on the soul and the possibility of evil were suprisingly thought provoking.

I'm glad you're doing better. Even if I didn't comment in your journal I was certianly following the saga with growing concern.

so, i had this gigantimuc, big, huge, horrible pimple right between my eyes, and i finally popped it . which was way puke , but satisfying in its own way. now i have an angry red scabby spot, which looks grosser to the average passer-by, but seems better to me. just thought i'd share.

had a great time at the hank III show, and i didn't even get beat up this time. i did spend a good part of the evening trying to run away from my boy and the kids he works with as they had some sort of testosterone poisoning. whatever

that was a rather good show.. especially as it's the first time i was actually able to go see him live... plus the crowd was perfect for people watching.. it's always amusing to see punks, goths, metalheads, and hicks all in one place to see one act...

wow. i am not one to bash others for their beliefs, but i just read some of the message boards at Ms. magazine and there are some seriously fucked up people posting over there. makes me sad about how non-inclusive and hateful some of those people were. frown

i am feeling so much better! a huge thanks to the SGers that helped me-it really made a difference. and yoga, and paxil have helped too. it is amazing to think of how bad i felt a month ago and compare it to how good i feel now. yay me!

and i ordered 100 stickers so SGnola can start to recruit in ernest.

well, i am trying to get the SGnola group off the ground, which is kind of hard since there are only 4 or 5 new orleans members. hopefully we will be able to plot strategies (that doesn't look like the right spelling) to sign up the rest of NOLA soon. miao!!
