i dreamed that i went on an SG retreat last night. 50 or 60 of us went to spooky's house in hawaii for the weekend. i brought my yoga mat to sleep on. donkey and spooky were there, which is odd since i don't know either of them, and a good time was had by all. miao!!

Awww.. you're so welcome about the anxiety help! I'm glad that it seems to have worked for you so far. The little pill that doesn't make you crazy, it just makes life.. manageable.

Gregory Maguire. "Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West." One of the more interesting books I've read in a while. Some of the essays on the soul and the possibility of evil were suprisingly thought provoking.

I'm glad you're doing better. Even if I didn't comment in your journal I was certianly following the saga with growing concern.
