i don't quite get friendster. i know that i am a bit late in the game (never was an early adopter), but i don't understand. is it a dating service? a pen pal list? if anybody wants to be my friend on there, email me and i will give you my name. smile

I don't understand it either. I think its just a way to see how many people you get get to be your "friend". Its pretty wierd, maybe I just never gave it a chance.

the wedding went ok . i was of course as stressed out as any older sister would be, and reminded my sister-bride that divorces wern't that hard to come by. The jack-ass spent the entire reception watching football, and my poor sister was sitting by herself until someone prompted my dad to go sit next her., when she was about to cry. ohh. starter marriages....

my sister is getting married in 3 days, and i still don't have a wedding gift! and tomorrow is thanksgiving and i am traveling all day on friday to get to the ceremony. is stucky's an appropriate place to pick up a "hey, your husband is a jackass" gift? i guess he is not really a jackass, just the most boring person iv'e ever met....

i finally hobbled together a costume-a cheap take on frida kahlo. every year we plan to start our costume trek in june, but somehow it is always oct. 30th before we get anything together

well, the trip tp the ATL went well-we relaxed, fed fishes at the lake , went bird watching (i am so turning into my mother), canoeing, and i got to see friends i hadn't seen in 5 years. on the way there we stopped at the hank williams museum, which was small, but had a lot of cool memoribillia. we also saw his grave site...

i got a new computer!!! i probably won't have time to set it up before this weekend, but at least it is here in all of its probably outdated already glory. we are also switching over to cable modem and telephone, so i am a little nervous about getting everything set up right. but wahoo for new toys!
