Alright, some of you can say what you want, but no its not all that easy just to get over someone from the past. After over four long year with a person, its impossible to just turn your back to the person you thought at one point you would spend your life with and someone who understood you so well.

Anyway, last night I spoke to my ex-girlfriend Jenn and she really wanted to come talk to me, and honestly I really wanted to talk to her. I haven't had to chance to talk to her very much in the past couple months and there are always things to be sad that can't be said on the phone. Lisa being as understanding as she is, mainly because she feels like she is in the same situation, allowed me to go to the diner for like an hour to talk to her. I love her, she is such a great gal.

Well both got to get out some stuff that was inportant to us, I'm sure there will always be more, but it felt really good to be able to sit and tell each other how we just feel about things. I told her about some the aspects of my life that have been really hard and before I could even finished she gave me a big hug. Most amazing feeling knowing that this person still cares. Hopefully realizing that we enjoy talking and that we dont do that often leads to some good conversations, and maybe we can do it more often. All in all it was emotional situation, but there was some much needed comfort established in it all, at least on part.

plaidhangover:
I envy the closure that you were able to get with your last girlfriend. I had a really bad breakup and all I got was a "Im moving in with my new girlfriend." You've got a great girl to let you finish that bit of business!
