Randomness Update

1. Random Instagram DMs from SG and/or hopefuls is awesome. Good talks and kind of made my week. Thanks, you know who you are.

2. I've been battling this fucking cough for the last two weeks now. Started having chest pains Sunday so went to Doctor. I'm sure it's just from a week of rough coughing my body is sore. But have slight bronchitis and I think I'm on the tail end of it now. Antibiotics, DayQuil and Nightquil. I'm over it all already

3. Family and I went to the Philadelphia International Car Show this past Saturday. Not as much fun as I hoped because my son was all over the place. So much for looking at anything I actually had hoped to check out.

4. Played my first round of disc golf in the snow Sunday morning at Boyertown. Adds a new spin to it all but very tiring walking through the 6-10" snow still. Looking forward to Saturday evenings indoor event

5. Over the last few weeks I've been binging on South Park. Watched seasons 19,18,and 17 before I realized I should watch from the beginning. Now through 1-7 and the show gets funnier and smarter as it matures. Can't believe 19 seasons.

6. Over the last few months I've been trying to live less stressed and angry. Trying to learn some Buddhist principles. But some of my coworkers make me want to rampage. Think office space with the copier scene

7. One of my favorite people on here has her debut hopeful set dropping today I believe. So check out @chefbeth because she's awesome

That disc golf set is awesome. I'm definitely going to have to get one for my cousin. Hope you start to feel better soon. Having a lingering cough can be so exhausting. I'm sure this is totally out of your range of comfort, but have you ever tried yoga? It has helped me learn how to keep my cool in stressful situations. Not just the poses that increase circulation and decrease stress, but the breathing practice is something that helps me all day long. When I'm stressed and start to feel my chest tightening, I take a few moments to myself and focus on my breath. It helps me become centered.

@linnova some of these individuals could knock off even the most centered person.  I want to dabble more into meditation for that, yoga is stressful.  Haha.  But have tried some kids yoga with the boy.  Got into the idea from "Zen and the Art of Disc Golf". Amazing how those lessons can translate to everyday life as well as on the course
