The heat lately has been so dreadful. Today, being 4th of July I ran the local 5K, but that was pretty early in the morning. By the end of it, I was completely drenched. I think my iPod needs a water proof case when I run. Haha. Other than that I haven't wanted to leave the house at all. Too fucking hot. Went to the complex pool but only for like 45 minutes. Not even long enough to enjoy the heat, that because it's not enjoyable at all. FUCK the heat.
GREAT NEWS though. Yesterday Heather and I went to the OBGYN for her 12 week appointment. We got to hear the heartbeat for the first time. Was by far the coolest feeling I have ever had in my whole life. I am sooo excited for January. I feel like I have so much to prove as a father some day. Even though I have a good feeling that I will easily top my predecessors. Still I am soo stoked to get to that point in my life
