You tried one reason to try and throw me out of my house, and it didn't work. Came a list of problems with a be out of here by this date... well you never mentioned a single thing before...well guess what, they weren't even problems, but still, I did more than enough to clean up the house... you got a letter that so go ahead and take legal measure than...you didn't bother to reply at all.

A week later, you are attempting to sue me for something completely different... well guess what, I will see you in court... Listen you lazy fuck, you own the property, if you want it to be immediately re-rentable, you better do some work... My landlord doesnt do shit, nothing at all, NOTHING ALL... he wants his residents to be solely responsible for his property... he wants me to be responsible for his roof, that there is nothing wrong with, he just heard we were sitting on it.. he wants us to replace his carpet, you know what, thats your problem, not mine...especially after someone has lived there for 3 and half years, they get worn and dirty, deal with it...
