When I went outside this morning to go to the farmers market, all of the windows of all of the cars on my block were smashed out...except for mine. Sure, I felt relieved, but mostly I felt guilty. When I came back, I parked two blocks over so that none of my neighbors saw my non-broken windows.

Personally, I think knitting is harder--especially when it comes to following directions. If you screw up sewing you can always sew in a bit here, let out a bit there....with knitting you better be on course for the whole thing or you're screwed.

I just hate the tearing and reknitting part. It's so much faster with a sewing machine!
