Hmm- I'd have to say I am about as spiritually sensitive as a cement block. All things supernatural just weren't for me- they just didn't compute to my scientific and rational brain. I can appreciate all things from an academic standpoint- but it interests me that you are actually drawn to something in others you can't personally sense.

In some regards it makes sense though. You long to have full awareness of the other realms. So you are drawn to people who complete you.

Oh my goodness no!! Kali hates nothing and no one. She is, admittedly, a fierce protector of women. She scared me too, before She kind of picked me up by the scruff of the neck and grinned, "You're Mine, sweetie!!" I've learned a lot from Her, believe me. I do feel that She may be in the process of letting me go, as far as a teacher/student relationship is concerned; I'm feeling the need lately for a more balanced Goddess aspect in my life. We'll see how that goes.

Yeah, the concept of karma as "payback" really does nothing for me. Karma is simply the energy that one builds up throughout one's lifetime, for good or ill. If you create negative energy, sooner or later it's going to come back on you. So those fat cats are going to get what's coming to them, have no fear; either on this plane or the next!
