When I try to add tip money, I get a "service unavailable" message. I suspect it may be because of the US state in which I live. Likewise, I won't be able to access anyone's OF page, either. I do like to tip, though, so if you can find a way to get me to a KoFi page (maybe via a LinkTree, possibly from your Insta), I will still try to do so when I get the urge.
