Work Sucks Harder
Management has been lying to me at work. I'm fed up with this drama. I don't know whether I'm going to go to work anymore. It's pretty clear that they aren't hiring Dan back. It's pretty obvious they've been blowing smoke up my ass to keep me from quitting. I don't trust anyone there anymore and I don't like anyone in management anymore.
Florida Vacation Planning Stuff, Part 1
It looks like Little Kendra won't be joining us in Florida. Her father, who lives down there, isn't going to be home so she's going to Asheville to spend the 4th of July weekend with her mother. I'm gravely disappointed. I'm still excited about the trip, but that cuts out a significant part I was looking forward to.
I'm not sure what we're going to do in Florida. I expect we'll leave Atlanta around 6pm on Friday night and hopefully get to Valdosta at a decent enough hour to visit with Laputa, who is conveniently almost exactly halfway between Atlanta and Inverness, and maybe let Wyspurr get some rest there before continuing on to my mother's Saturday. I reckon we'll spend Saturday with Mom, Jim, and the kids. To figure out what we're doing from there, I need to catch up with Lita and Brenda and find out when would be a good time to go visit with either or both of them.
