Hello people! This is actually the second attempt to type something resembling a journal, so I'll have to apologise in advance for the subdued tones and slight lack of immediacy!
I hope everyone is as well and happy as I am? I reckon I'm currently riding the crest of the euphoric wave at the mo. I don't know if I can eloquently describe just how much I've been enjoying myself recently (partly responsible for the lack of updates on here I'm afraid!
).
I've been out galavanting and wining/dining with the new missus! It seems like an absolute AGE since I last partook in the old 'dating' rituals but I STILL know all the best romantic places to take someone in manchester! I defy ANYONE to find better!
It's really difficult to sum up the relationship Catherine and I have, as the intensity isn't like I've ever experienced before. She let slip that despite being 21, she'd never had a boyfriend before, so I've basically been so focussed in making it a time we'll both cherish for the rest of our lives. It probably sounds like sappy nonsense which will have you screaming for the next journal in your bookmark list, but to be honest I'm just revelling in every moment I can spend lavishing affection and attention on her
Planning a trip out to Betws-Y-Coed in the next few weeks to show her what the wilds of North Wales can be like since I don't think she's ever been! I know a great little B&B somewhere by Capel Curig...
Onto other business, short of the Lars gig mentioned in the last journal I don't really have much to inform you about. I've had a pay increase and briefly gone mental buying Catherine and myself a few 'lovely things'. I'm now the happy owner of a new chrome exhaust pipe for my bike and a graphics card which would blow holes out of said exhaust pipe, but I'm really scrabbling round for stuff to add, at this juncture.
So, be well and take care mateys. Have fun finding the typos and grammatical errors in here, since I'm too paranoid to check it. That's where I was up to as my browser crashed last time!
