Unfortunately, relationships are never easy. They have a life of their own. I've always found it easier to open a conversation and talk to someone when I share my feelings about a particular situation instead of "pointing the finger", so to speak. For example: "I cherish our relationship, but lately I find myself feeling very frustrated and angry at how we are treating one another. I'd like to know how you are feeling about how we are treating one another? What are your thoughts about how we are treating one another? I'd like to know how you are feeling about our relationship." I find this an effective way to open a conversation. Don't get me wrong it's difficult to share exactly how we are feeling. I wish you the best of luck.
