Im tired, how unusual, i just tried to have a nap-unsuccessfully. Caffiene will do the trick.

Havent eaten dinner two nights in a row now, just dont have an appetite.Its driving my mother crazy. Blah to her. Will update later cant be fudged right now..going to go take a nukmber two atempt at napping !

I know how it turns into that. Give yourself a little pep talk in your head. That's what I do. Most of the time it works and it calms me down and keeps me on track.
