Well it has been an exciting day. I went to the ER this morning with both arm numb and a pain in my chest. I didn't know what was wrong with me. Thank god, i was told I have something going on with my muscles and nerves and not my heart. The doc says to take it easy for a couple of days and put warm compresses on my shoulders.
It is really weird going around with both arms feeling like they are asleep.
This is not the way I planned to start a weeks vacation LOL.

Well, we are off to get pizza. And typing this was a real adventure
