Ugh... aspartame. Theres SOOOO many reasons not to consume the stuff, yet they keep selling it. I've never messed with artificial sweeteners of any type, i just watch how much real sugar i eat or drink. As for losing weight though, you can do side bends or situps.. just PLEASE dont lose that
