@soultry My friend swears by it.. I dunno if they've change the formula for Epsom salt or, I've grown some weird intolerance to it but, it doesn't work for me the way it did 15 years ago. Then it felt like menthol, it felt tingly and it would penetrate my muscles. Now, it's just weak and doesn't do any of that for me. I used it all the time when I trained martial arts as a youngster. It worked then. Does nothing for me now 😕
