Yeah, I wasn't so sure about the clementine zest, or whatever the hell they listed in the recipe.
I think I'm going to do the rose water frosting, because I have some rosehips I can crush up and garnish the frosting with. I thought the tartness of the rosehips would go well with the orange zest in the cupcake batter.
