I hate AT&T. Hate. Hate. Hate.
I spent all weekend without internet or phone, and over two hours on the phone trying to get internet and phone again.
What does "I would like my service turned off on May 31st" mean to you? Every other company I called seemed to understand, but for some reason I had to talk to five different people at AT&T to make them realize that May 31st does not, in fact, mean May 4th.
Any suggestions for what I should do for phone service instead of AT&T once we move?
