Thursday after work went to Red Rock for a few beers with some buddies from the plant.

Frday played golf

Saturday Went to The Goat to watch UFC 116. Not only were the fights amazing, but we watched the New Albany (the town closest to where I live....kinda) firework for the outside ba/patio. That was cool

Monday I am going 4 wheeling.... finally go my Polaris running good, so it's time to have some fun!

Not too much new going on with me. Work during the week & playtime on the weekends. I am really about due for a vacation! Anyone got any suggestions? Gotta be somewhere warm & sunny, preferably with scantily clad women! wink

Yes sir! That's actually what I do just in general, in life. I eat eggs, meat and cheese .. period. Very little carbs, and even then it's mostly fruit and sugar [chocolate] but like almost zero bread products [most days with zero]. Coffee and water. :]

Been doing it for years actually. I have spurts of breaking it [to be healthier, kind on my insides] .. but yes, I had to drop a lot of weight a few years back and it worked -- I dropped a TON. And this is how I keep it off.

What kind of eliptical do you have? Where do you keep it .. does it take up a bunch of room? ://

Happy unoffical start of the summer!

Kinda rainy, and muggy. But I think I may get a few hours of sunshine this afternoon to cut my grass before more storms come in.

Gotta love getting paid to stay at home!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, it's my sister so I didn't punch her in the face. But I did tell her while we were drinking and it didn't go over too well. She's really hard to talk to so I guess I had to be drunk. Oh well, I said my piece even though she is in denial.

So it's the start of a LONG, 5 day weekend. I am happy would be an understatement.

My air conditioner is STILL not working, so my house is STILL FUCKING HOT!!!!!!!! I am hoping that this situation will be fixed friday morning!
