While I was getting my ass kicked at work, I listened to some tunes to get me through the day. I had to or I was going to fucking loose it!
It did the job and made my day better.....sorry, my heavy side comes out when I get stressed!

Noise Therapy....awesome band from canada. met them when they came to town with Soil bout 7 years ago. One of the LOUDEST bands I ever saw live. The sound from the drunks made my chest hurt! I think they are one of the best bands you NEVER heard of. I think they split up a few years back....too bad!
