I will be honest, I am reaaallly embarrassed to say it but when I was younger I both cheated and was cheated on. It's just hurtful business, and makes things too complicated. Not to mention what it does to the person you're with. I'm grateful that my guy understands I'm a flirt and is cool with that..so I promised I would never cheat so he will continue to trust me.

Yes sir! That's actually what I do just in general, in life. I eat eggs, meat and cheese .. period. Very little carbs, and even then it's mostly fruit and sugar [chocolate] but like almost zero bread products [most days with zero]. Coffee and water. :]
Been doing it for years actually. I have spurts of breaking it [to be healthier, kind on my insides] .. but yes, I had to drop a lot of weight a few years back and it worked -- I dropped a TON. And this is how I keep it off.
