Automated customer service sucks

Anybody else hate autimated answering services... i just got off a hour long call trying to get my phone service changed up. I can handle the waiting but for some reason I f'n hate trying to talk to an automated computer. Maybe it's the accent but the computer lady never understands me. Which usually gets me even more fired up which doesn't help. Apparently theres one word that the lady's voice recognition understands.. at the end of the call she asks if there is anything else she can assist me with and in my frustration I let her know that she can get fuq'd (I know it's an automated computer system) which in her cheery fake computer voice responded 'thank you, Good Bye!'. Guess they get that response quite a bit.
