It's gonna be one of those fucking days I can tell already. I work at a place where I talk to customers on the phone all day. Every once in a while a day comes by where they are all fucking cunts. Men and women alike, everyone I talk to is a fucking asshole. No matter how thick I lay on the chipper bullshit they make us throw at these people.

I think the thing is that I know for a fact these poeople wouldn't be so bold if they were talking to me in person. They know that because there are 2 phones and miles of copper cable seperating us they can talk to me like I wont crack their fucking skulls for being a dick.

Granted that I don't generally mince words but at least I will only do it face to face. Not hiding behind a fucking phone.
