Yesterday I sliced my thumb with a cutter -not on purpose- 13mm deep cut. I was quick and pressed the hanging skin directly in its original position. Almost now blood, and when I got to the hospital it was so well sticked they decided, instead of sewing or stich it, to just "paste" it.

I live in Pennsylvania. I tried the quest cigs - total crap. They didn't help at all. It's not like smoking a regular cigarette - it's like someone soaked a stick of cotton in charcoal, and then you suck on it. Really, rediculously nasty, without even the benefit of that "i'm SMOKING" sensation. I wouldn't waste your money.
Someone told me that you can't send tobacco products internationally, but for all I know that could be a load of bull. If you still want them let me know and we can find out if that's actually true.
