I'm back!
Life is getting more and more complicated for me. I quit the stupid job I had, because it was making me miserable. I got a temporary job, very briefly, as a production assistant on a PBS docu-drama. They even put me in as an extra. Found the girl of my dreams, and she slipped through my fingers. Took me a while to recover from that. But time--and group sex--heals all wounds. And creates new ones.
Now I'm trying to find a new job, and am getting pretty depressed that I'm single and have no job. But, the bright side is that I'm applying to grad school, which is going to work out well for me (hopefully). I'm applying to USC and UCLA for screenwriting, and possibly to Emerson as a backup since that's where I did my undergrad.
I just don't want to get too down, because it's Christmas time and, for an atheist, I'm a big, big fan of Christmas. So I don't want to be depressed instead of enjoying the season.
Driving up to visit my best friend up in Cape Cod today. Then back here for more grad school application stuff. Wish me luck with everything!
