Every Sunday, there is one ad in the paper for a position I am interested in/qualified for. Every Monday, I send them a lovely cover letter, and a copy of my Very Spiffy and Impressive Resume. I wish one of them would get in touch with me. 
I've also been a daily visitor to craigslist, monster, and my alumni(CIA) job postings board.
GOT to get a new job. One that I will feel good about. I need to feel some pride in what I'm doing, and have some belief about doing it. Shilling gourmet products for a mega store isn't it. I'm not a good enough liar to be a salesperson.
I want food to be FUN again. I want to feel like I am in some way nuturing the people I am cooking for. Some of my finest professional moments have been just looking out into the dining room and seeing 100 or so people having a good time and eating food that I had in some way/shape/form been responsible for. Pride. In my job, in myself.
