About 40 homegrown, organic tomatoes of multiple varieties. Couple of onions, caramelized. Plenty of garlic. A wee bit of chicken broth, a small can of tomato paste. Basil, rosemary, oregano, thyme-all from the yard.
Simmer 3-4 hours.
Best tomato sauce ever.
